The Listing Media Group – Terms & Conditions

1. Grant of License​
All media assets, including but not limited to photographs, video recordings, drone footage, virtual tours, and other forms of visual content (collectively, the “Media”), captured and delivered by The Listing Media Group, LLC, a Florida limited liability company d/b/a The Listing Media Group (“The Listing Media Group”), remain the sole and exclusive property of The Listing Media Group.
By booking services and entering into a contract with The Listing Media Group, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Media solely for the purpose of marketing the specific real property listing identified at the time of order.

You expressly agree that:

1. The Media may be used only in connection with the marketing of the single property for which it was originally commissioned.

2. You may not sell, license, transfer, assign, or otherwise distribute the Media to any third party, including but not limited to other agents, brokerages, property owners, or listing services, without the prior written consent of The Listing Media Group.

3. Any reuse of the Media for the same property following a re-listing, or use for a different property, requires advance written approval from The Listing Media Group and may be subject to additional licensing fees.

2. Turnaround Time​
Media assets are typically delivered within 24 hours from the time of the shoot, during normal business hours. However, delivery times may vary depending on the time of day the shoot occurs and the scope of the project. The Listing Media Group will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Media promptly but does not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery in all circumstances.

3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required in advance. The Listing Media Group will not begin any work or travel to the scheduled location until payment has been received in full.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel scheduled appointments without penalty by providing written notice at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled, subject to availability. The Listing Media Group reserves the right to determine the rescheduled date and time based on its calendar and operational capacity. Same-day cancellations (those made on the day of the appointment) will incur an additional rescheduling fee, which must be paid in full before a new appointment can be confirmed. In the event that inclement weather—including rain, high winds, or poor visibility—prevents the ability to capture high-quality images, The Listing Media Group may, at its sole discretion, reschedule the session at no additional cost. However, cloudy conditions alone do not qualify as inclement weather and are not grounds for complimentary rescheduling.
Please note that all payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations under any circumstances. Rescheduling is provided solely as a courtesy and is subject to the conditions outlined above. This policy is in place to help us keep costs low for our clients and ensure efficient scheduling.

6. Property Readiness
Clients and/or homeowners are responsible for ensuring the property is photo-ready at the scheduled time. Our team will not provide cleaning or furniture rearrangement services. If additional retouching is required to remove clutter, an extra fee may apply. Furthermore, The Listing Media Group reserves the right to cancel the shoot and reschedule it for a later time if the property is not in presentable condition.

7. Liability
The Listing Media Group is not responsible for any property damage, personal injury, or loss that occurs during the photography session. The client agrees to ensure the property is safe, accessible, and free from hazards. The client is also responsible for securing any pets or valuables during the session.
The client warrants that they have obtained all necessary permissions to allow The Listing Media Group access to the property and to take photographs, including permission from property owners, tenants, and any other relevant parties.
8. Image Archiving
Images are stored for a period of 30 days after delivery. Any requests for reuploads or retrieval of images after this period may be subject to an archive retrieval fee.
